About me

Leadership has been in my DNA since high school—whether serving on student councils or managing a Subway shift team at 17 (which taught me a lot more than just sandwich assembly!). From there, I took on roles as a resident assistant in college, quickly stepped into a charge nurse position within my first year of nursing, and haven’t stopped leading since. I’ve been a nurse since 2006 and in leadership since 2007, learning along the way that real leadership is less about authority and more about service.

That belief isn’t just a strategy—it’s rooted in my faith. I believe my servant leadership style is a gift from God, and whether I knew it or not, His principles have shaped every part of my journey. My formal education has only reinforced that mindset, blending servant leadership with a passion for personal and professional growth.

At home, I’m mom to five incredible boys (one of whom we were blessed to foster), and grandma to two beautiful grandbabies. I’m also married to a high school football coach, which means I get to lead from the sidelines too—cheering on players and mentoring young people in a whole different way. I also proudly serve in my local church.

Through my leadership consulting business, I’m on a mission to empower current and emerging leaders. My goal is to help clients build leadership strategies that not only uplift their teams but also protect their own well-being. Through personalized tools, resources, and one-on-one sessions, I’m here to guide leaders toward growth, balance, and purpose-driven impact.
